Section 1110-09-.08 - WAIVER OF SIX (6) MONTHS ENROLLMENT REQUIREMENT(1) The Commission may grant a waiver of the requirement to enroll in a law enforcement training course within six (6) months of an officer's date of employment in the following circumstances: (a) Medical condition, injury, or disability;(c) A reason determined by the Commission to be acceptable or justified.Tenn.
