Section 1110-09-.06 - WAIVER OF EIGHT (8) MONTHS FULL-TIME SERVICE(1) The Commission may consider a waiver of the eight (8) month full-time annual service requirement under the following conditions, as long as in-service training was completed during the calendar year: (a) Death of the officer;(c) Medical condition, injury, or disability;(d) Separation due to change of administration, which the officer can substantiate; orTenn.
