Section 0940-05-45-.12 - SERVICE RECIPIENT'S RIGHTS PROVISIONS(1) Service recipients must not be denied adequate food, treatment/rehabilitation activities, religious activities, mail or other contacts with families as punishment.(2) A service recipient must not be confined to his/her room or other place of isolation as punishment.
