Section 0690-04-02.04 - REPLACEMENT SIGNS(1) When signage for existing state buildings, structures, and real property as well as all buildings owned or operated by the state before July 1, 2020, is replaced or repaired, the new replacement signage must depict the new symbol.(2) When signage for an area of an existing state building, structure, or real property as well as all buildings owned or operated by the state before July 1, 2020, is renovated, the new replacement signage must depict the new symbol.Tenn.
