Section 0690-03-01-.11 - AWARD(1) Each contract shall be awarded by the Chief Procurement Officer on behalf of the Central Procurement Office or by a Delegated State Agency where authority has been delegated in accordance with these Rules and Central Procurement Office Policy. Notice of Intent to Award shall be communicated in writing or electronic transmission to all respondents.
