Section 0660-10-.08 - FAILURE TO OBTAIN REQUIRED CONTINUING EDUCATION(1) A licensee who is not granted an extension and who fails to obtain the required number of continuing education hours prior to the expiration date appearing on the license shall be denied renewal until the Board receives documentation that the licensee has obtained the required continuing education.(2) A licensee who is not granted an extension and who fails to obtain the required number of continuing education hours prior to the expiration date appearing on the license shall not engage in any activity which requires a license until or unless the Board renews the license after the licensee demonstrates that all requirements for renewal, including the continuing education requirements and payment of all applicable late fees, have been met.Tenn.
