Section 0620-04-02-.10 - CONTINUANCES(1) Continuances may be granted upon good cause shown in any stage of the proceeding. The need for a continuance shall be brought to the attention of the Inspector General or administrative judge as soon as practicable.(2) Any case may be continued by mutual consent of the parties when approved by the Inspector General or administrative judge.Tenn.
