Section 0620-03-05-.04 - LIMITATION ON THE NUMBER OF CERTIFIED MEMBERS OF THE TASK FORCES(1) The total number of members from all judicial district task forces for the purposes of qualifying as state employees under T.C.A. § 8-42-101 shall not exceed one hundred thirty individuals.
