Section 0400-20-09-.08 - SPECIFIC TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF A CERTIFIED REGISTRATION(1) Certified Registrations issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be subject to all rules, regulations, and orders of the Division.(2) Neither the Certified Registration nor any right under the Certified Registration shall be assigned or otherwise transferred.(3) Each person registered by the Division pursuant to this Chapter shall confine his use and possession of the accelerator to the locations and purposes authorized in the Certified Registration.Tenn.
