Section 0240-10-01-.05 - MENINGOCOCCAL DISEASE(1) All students under the age of twenty-two (22) who reside in University residential facilities must provide proof of adequate immunization against meningococcal disease as required by state and/or federal law. Students who fail to provide proof of adequate immunization will not be allowed to move into University residence halls unless they have a valid exemption.Tenn. Comp. R. & Regs. 0240-10-01-.05
