Section 0240-09-02-.07 - APPEALS(1) A student who wants to appeal a decision related to housing, except a disciplinary matter, may file a written appeal within five (5) business days of the decision. Such appeals must be filed with the Director of Residential Life.(2) Within ten (10) business days of the receipt of all information related to the appeal, the Director of Residential Life will notify the student of the decision in writing.(3) The Director of Residential Life's decision is final.Tenn.
