Section 0180-18-.06 - LICENSE RENEWAL PROCEDURES(1) The license for every BIDCO shall expire on December 31 of each year and shall be subject to an annual renewal fee.(2) At least thirty (30) days prior to December 31 each year, the commissioner shall mail via regular U.S. mail to each licensee at its main office address a license renewal form.(3) The commissioner may invoke the remedies afforded by Section 20 of the Act when a licensee fails to renew its license by December 31. In the alternative the commissioner may issue an Order pursuant to the provisions of Section 18 of the Act requiring the licensee to renew its license or seek the surrender of its license.Tenn. Comp.
