Section 0180-18-.01 - IN GENERAL(1) Scope. Chapter 0180-18 establishes rules relating to business and industrial development corporations ("BIDCOS") licensed pursuant to the provisions of Public Chapter 124, Acts of 1989 ("the Act").(2) Definitions.
