Section 0180-07-.07 - FORMS(1) The Commissioner may provide forms which can be used for the appropriate application procedure. In most cases, the Department accepts the Federal application form in lieu of the Department's form.(2) The applicant must provide in detail all information required by the Commissioner.(3) The applicant shall execute the appropriate form(s) and send the original and four copies to the Commissioner of Financial Institutions.Tenn.
