Section 0080-06-22-.01 - PURPOSE(1) The purpose of this Chapter as set out in T.C.A. § 43-6-401 is to secure the suppression or eradication of the boll weevil in cotton. To meet these ends this Chapter imposes quarantines and certifies a cotton grower's organization to cooperate with other state and federal agencies.
