Section 0080-06-06-.06 - PENALTY(1) Any person, firm, or corporation who shall violate any of the provisions of this quarantine shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor under section 12 of the Plant Pest Act of 1955, and shall be liable to the penalties as prescribed therein.(2) All quarantined, rules, or regulations made prior to the date of this quarantine relative to the Sweet Potato Weevil are hereby revoked.Tenn.
