Section 0080-05-07-.02 - WAVIER

To the extent permitted by Statute, where the application of these rules and regulations would cause expense materially out of proportion to the increase of safety secured thereby, or would be unreasonable under the facts of the particular case, and safety may be secured in other ways, the Commissioner of Agriculture may, upon adequate showing by the person affected, grant exemption or modification of the rule or regulation complained of, under such requirements as will secure a reasonable condition of safety, provided such exemption or modification be not in conflict with the law.
