Section 67:46:06:10 - Basis of payment for program benefits

Payment for program benefits shall be based on the difference between the individual's available income and the monthly rate for the provider of the individual's choice, in accordance with the provisions of this chapter and the provisions of chapter 67:46:07, if applicable.
