Section 62:03:07:07 - Advance authorization not required - Exception to other laws

Automatic enrollment or automatic escalation pursuant to this chapter does not require advance authorization by the automatic enrollee. This provision is an exception to the provisions of any state law requiring employee authorization for a payroll deduction or any similar ordinance of a local automatic enrollment unit.
