Section 61:15:04:04 - Automatic telephone dialing device defined

An automatic telephone dialing device is a device located at the protected premise to which initiation devices are connected. When an initiation device activates the dialer, the dialer must seize a telephone line, dial a preselected number, and transmit a voice message over the telephone line.
