Section 50:01:02:31 - Disposition of assets

Upon dissolution or inactivation of the open mess, the board of governors with the AAGAR shall determine the disposition of assets of the open mess in such a manner as to best effect a maximum recoupment of assets, which shall be placed in the open mess fund.
