Section 50:01:02:25 - Alcoholic beverages purchases

Purchase of alcoholic beverages shall be made from South Dakota licensed wholesalers and distributors only. Such purchases may be made on the basis of 30-day credit. As far as practicable, payment shall be made on delivery.
