Section 50:01:02:01 - Definitions

Terms used in this chapter, unless the context plainly requires otherwise, mean:

(1) "AAGAR," assistant adjutant general army;

(2) "AR," army regulation;

(3) "Bona fide guest," a person whose presence within the premises of the mess is in response to a specific invitation of an active member and for whom the host personally assumes responsibility, including payment for services rendered the guest by the open mess.
