Section 44:78:02:26 - Location

The location of the facility shall promote the health, treatment, comfort, safety, and well-being of persons accepted and retained for care. The facility shall be served by good, passable roads. Easy accessibility for caregivers, visitors, and fire-fighting services shall be maintained.
