Section 44:78:02:17 - Potable water

All plumbing used for distribution of potable water shall be maintained to minimize dead-end runs of piping. Before placing a potable water system into use and after repairs or modifications, the system shall be disinfected in accordance with the 2009 Uniform Plumbing Code, Section 609.9.
