Section 44:78:02:11 - Handwashing fixtures

Hot and cold water shall be supplied through a mixing faucet controlled by a "hands free" operator. Each handwashing fixture shall be provided with a soap dispenser, hand dryers or protected single use towel dispensers, and waste receptacle.
