Section 44:58:10:01 - Security requirements of registrants

Controlled substances shall be stored in a securely locked, substantially constructed cabinet. However, substances listed in Schedules II through IV may be dispersed through the stock of noncontrolled substances in a manner to obstruct theft or diversion.
