Section 41:05:01:01 - Refuges defined

As used in this article:

(1) "State game bird refuge" means a refuge with a closed season for all birds

(2) "State game refuge" means a refuge with a closed season for all birds and animals;

(3) "Waterfowl refuge" means a refuge with a closed season for all migratory waterfowl.
