Section 20:76:03:07 - Continuing education compliance

The board may take into consideration hardship or extenuating circumstances in allowing a licensee to correct deficiencies, in continuing education, but the deadline may not be extended more than one year. Requests for an extension to correct deficiencies in continuing education must be made to the board, in writing, before the end of the current continuing education cycle.
