Section 20:69:13:16 - Cancellation of license upon failure to pay fee

Failure to remit the renewal fee or registration statement or both by the registration deadline automatically cancels the license of a time-share agent. In addition, if an insufficient funds check is presented to the commission for payment of the renewal fee, the commission may cancel the license of the time-share agent.
