Section 20:14:06:01 - Compliance with uniform standards

An appraiser, performing any appraisal practice assignment, shall complete the assignment in compliance with the Uniform Standards of Professional Appraisal Practice, 2020-2021 Edition. The appraiser must also disclose in the appraisal practice assignment any steps taken that were necessary or appropriate to comply with the competency rule of the uniform standards. Edit: Necessary to adopt the new edition of USPAP.
