Section 12:07:20:03 - Eligibility requirements for producer-involved cooperative

To be eligible to purchase stock in a producer-involved cooperative, the cooperative must meet the following requirements:

(1) Provide a business plan detailing business purpose, management experience, marketing plan, financial projections, and financial history if applicable;

(2) Have reasonable ability to succeed; and

(3) Be approved by the secretary.
