Section 10:02:02:02 - Fee chargeable by newspapers with large circulation

If a fee is not otherwise prescribed by statute for a legal publication of anything required or allowed by law and that publication is made in a legal newspaper with a paid circulation of 9,000 or more, the maximum fee that may be charged for the publication is as follows:
