Section 90-113 - Instruction Records and FilesA. Each driver training school must furnish the student with a copy of its instruction record when the student completes the lessons contracted for or otherwise ceases taking instruction from the school. The copy must be signed by the instructor and by the student acknowledging that the record is correct.B.
