All persons selling or offering white goods for sale at retail in South Carolina shall post written notice, at their place of business, notifying all customers that white goods may not be disposed by landfilling after May 27, 1994. The notice, either issued by or approved by the Department, shall be at least eight and one-half inches by eleven inches (8 1/2 × 11) in size.
