Section 26-8 - Vehicle Towing and ImpoundingThe Citadel Department of Public Safety shall have the power to have a vehicle impounded and towed at the owner's expense and risk under the following conditions:
A. If the motor vehicle is parked in a fire lane.B. If the motor vehicle is parked in such a way as to block a driveway, to block a service entrance, or to create a hazard to safety.C. If the vehicle is not properly registered or is parked in a reserved parking space without benefit of a permit.D. If three (3) or more traffic violations have been issued against said vehicle.
