State-chartered savings and loan associations are authorized to exercise trust powers under the same terms and conditions as permitted federally chartered savings and loan associations by Sections 550.1 through 550.16 of the Federal Home Loan Bank Board Regulation Regulation 550 adopted by the Board on November 26, 1980, effective January 1, 1981.
