Section 290-RICR-50-00-1.7 - Additional ProvisionsA. Emergency Provisions. When compliance with these Rules would pose a serious threat to public safety, the Chairperson may waive compliance to the extent necessary to protect the public. The Chairperson will promptly inform the Board of taking an action under this section, and if a majority of the Board's members object within three (3) days, such emergency action is rescinded.B. Severability. If any section or provision of these Rules is held invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining sections or provisions of these Rules shall not be affected thereby.290 R.I.
