Section 216-RICR-20-10-3.7 - Compassion Center InspectionA. Compassion centers are subject to reasonable inspection by the Department of Health. During an inspection, the Department of Health may review the compassion center's confidential records, including its dispensing records, which shall track transactions according to qualifying patients' registry identification numbers to protect their confidentiality.1. Pursuant to R.I. Gen. Laws § 21-28.6-12(e), a compassion center may also be subject to inspection by the Department of Business Regulation.B.
