Section 139a.56 - Minimum staff requirements(a) Each bungee jump operation which utilizes a mobile platform and a crane shall have at least five staff members present at all times that jumping is being conducted. These staff members shall consist of at least the following: (3) One landing/recovery assistant.(4) One registration assistant.(b) A bungee jump operation other than the type described in subsection (a) shall have at least four staff members present at all times that jumping is being conducted. These staff members shall consist of at least the following: (3) One landing/recovery assistant.(4) One registration assistant.
