Section 93.118 - Prohibited acts(a) A person may not sell, assign or transfer a boat titled by the Commonwealth without delivering to the purchaser or transferee a title with an assignment on it showing title in the purchaser or transferee.(b) A person may not purchase or otherwise acquire a boat required to be titled by the Commonwealth without obtaining a title for it in his name.(c) A person may not obtain or attempt to obtain title to a boat under this subchapter through fraudulent means or provide false or misleading information in connection with an application for a certificate of title.
