Section 5240.103 - Requirements for EBT delivered through individual services, ABA services or group services(a) An IBHS agency or the individual providing the EBT shall have a certification or licensure from the National certification organization or entity that developed or owns the EBT.(b) An IBHS agency shall ensure that EBT is provided by staff that meet the qualifications and receive supervision as set forth in the EBT.(c) An IBHS agency that is using an EBT shall have written policies and procedures to measure the following: (1) Adherence to the implementation of the specific EBT.(2) Outcomes of the EBT that incorporate review standards associated with the EBT.(d) An IBHS agency using an EBT shall continuously monitor the fidelity to the EBT.(e) An IBHS agency shall ensure that procedures related to and decisions about continuing services and discharge are made in accordance with the specific EBT.(f) An IBHS agency that does not meet the standards of the EBT it provides shall:(1) Have a corrective action plan that is approved by the National certification organization or the Department.(2) Track the corrective action plan to ensure that the plan has been implemented.(3) Complete the corrective action plan to meet the standards of the EBT within the time frame identified in the corrective action plan.
