Section 2380.59 - Running water(a) The facility shall have hot and cold running water under pressure in bathrooms and kitchen areas.(b) Hot water temperatures in areas accessible to individuals may not exceed 120°F.(c) A facility that is not connected to a public water system shall have a coliform water test by a Department of Environmental Resources certified laboratory stating that the water is safe for drinking purposes at least every 3 months. Written certification of the water test shall be kept.The provisions of this §2380.59 adopted January 15, 1993, effective 1/16/1993, 23 Pa.B. 343.
