Section 42.24 - Code of ethics(a) Licensees shall adhere to the American Occupational Therapy Association (AOTA) Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics (2015), except as provided in subsections (b) and (c).(b) Whenever there is a conflict between the AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics (2015) and Federal or State law, licensees shall adhere to Federal and State law.(c) Whenever there is a conflict between the AOTA Occupational Therapy Code of Ethics (2015) and this chapter, licensees shall adhere to this chapter.The provisions of this §42.24 adopted May 29, 1992, effective 5/30/1992, 22 Pa.B. 2831; amended December 7, 2001, effective 12/8/2001, 31 Pa.B. 6663; amended April 13, 2018, effective 4/14/2018, 48 Pa.B. 2137.The provisions of this §42.24 issued under sections 5(b) and 6(a)(2) of the Occupational Therapy Practice Act (63 P.
