Section 36.431 - Compliance with USPAP(a) An appraisal management company shall require that appraisal assignments be completed in compliance with USPAP.(b) An appraisal management company shall establish a system to review appraisal assignments which is reasonably calculated to assure compliance with USPAP by appraisers.(c) An appraisal management company may not solicit, offer, accept an offer or contract for a valuation service that it knows or has reason to know violates REACA, RELRA, FIRREA, AMCRA or this subchapter.
