Section 31.126 - Renewal of license, inactive status and reactivation of license(a) A euthanasia technician license shall be renewed biennially before December 1 of each even-numbered year, by filing a biennial renewal application provided by the Board and paying the biennial renewal fee in § 31.104 (relating to schedule of fees).(b) A euthanasia technician shall renew the euthanasia technician's license prior to the expiration date of the license by submitting a renewal form provided by the Board and paying the biennial renewal fee. Applications for renewal must be submitted in accordance with this subchapter and in the manner and format prescribed by the Board. A renewed license is valid for a period of 2 years. An initial euthanasia technician license issued at any time after September 1 of an even-numbered year will not be subject to renewal until the next even-numbered year.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 54, No. 32.
