Section 31.121 - Application for licensure(a) An applicant for licensure as a euthanasia technician shall do all of the following: (1) File an application for licensure in a manner and format approved by the Board.(2) Pay the application fee in § 31.104 (relating to schedule of fees) which shall be submitted with the application. Application fees are nonrefundable, regardless of the Board's determination as to whether a license will issue.(3) Demonstrate that the applicant meets the requirements of ADMAL and this chapter.(b) An applicant whose application for licensure has been provisionally denied by the Board is entitled to a hearing at which the applicant will bear the burden of demonstrating that the application should be granted.(c) Final denial of an application for licensure is subject to appeal to the Commonwealth Court of Pennsylvania.Adopted by Pennsylvania Bulletin, Vol 54, No. 32.
