The following words and terms, when used in this chapter, have the following meanings, unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:
Act-The Auctioneer Licensing and Trading Assistant Registration Act (63 P.S. §§ 734.1-734.34).
Board-The State Board of Auctioneer Examiners.
Jurisdiction-A state, territory or country.
