4 Pa. Code § 9.1
This chapter sets forth the organizational structures of the departments, boards and commissions of the Commonwealth as approved by the Executive Board on or after August 25, 1970. Organizational charts depicting such approved structures are set forth alphabetically in Appendix A. The Executive Board does not have jurisdiction over the organizational structures of the Department of the Auditor General and the Treasury Department, and the organizational structures of these departments will be set out in Title 61 (Revenue), nor over the organizational structures of authorities such as the Pennsylvania Turnpike Commission, State Highway and Bridge Authority, State Public School Building Authority, and the Pennsylvania Higher Education Facilities Authority.
