Section 122.603 - Uncertified CCOs(a) An individual, partnership, corporation or other entity may not operate or maintain a CCO unless it has been certified as a CCO by the Department.(b) In determining whether an entity requires certification as a CCO, the Department will consider whether it engages in any of the activities described in or required by §§ 122.609-122.613 and 122.615.(c) The Department will not consider an entity which engages in activity limited to case management to require certification as a CCO if the entity does not hold itself out as or operate as a CCO.
